What is an Escape Room?

An Escape Room, also known as a Puzzle Room, is a real-world immersive adventure game where players work together to solve puzzles and complete tasks within a time limit to achieve a common goal.

Are we really locked in?

Nope. Never. Although we will close the door behind you to help set the immersive experience, the door will always be unlocked and you can leave the room at any time.

How do I book the experience?

To book a time slot, click on our 'Book Now' button, select a time slot, and fill out the form. Please feel free to call us if you have special requests or questions.

How much does it cost?

Our Odin's Dilemma experience is $45 per person for 1 - 3 people,  $40 per person for 4 - 6 people.

Please note that children must have an adult with them throughout the experience.  We recommend a ratio of one adult to two children, as some puzzles will need adult guidance.

How many people can play at once?

To successfully navigate the puzzles and have the best experience, you will need a minimum of 2 people, with a maximum of 6.  Please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances or questions and we will do our best to work with you.

What is the age range or age limit?

In general, most escape rooms are a great experience for all ages. However, some of the props and experiences may be scary for little ones. We trust you to know best.

Children 16 and under are welcome to join the family in the adventure.  For the younger ones we recommend a ratio of one adult to two children, as some puzzles will need adult guidance.

Will we be paired with strangers?

You will not be paired with strangers.  Whether there are two of you in a group or six, the room is yours. Each booking is private.

Question 8

What if we want to add an additional player to our group?

Accepted Answer

You can change details of your booking more than 24 hours in advance. If you want to add more players to your group at the last minute, feel free to bring them. We can sign them up and collect payment on site. Please keep in mind that we encourage no more than 6 people in a group to get the most out of the experience.

Question 9

Can we still do this experience if we're running late?

Accepted Answer

If you are running late, you can still do the experience but your time may be cut short accordingly.  Please give us a call with an ETA, if possible. We will try to work with you to ensure you get a full experience, but we can't guarantee the 60 minute time allowance if there are booking reservations after yours.

Is it ADA compliant?

Our public areas are wheelchair accessible, however our puzzle rooms are not, due to the placement and size of props. Many of the puzzles also have audio and visual components. This being said, collaboration is a key factor in successfully navigating the experience.  We would be happy to discuss special needs any of your group members might have. We will do our very best to accommodate everyone.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

We will do our best to work with you on cancelations or changes. Our policy is to give a full refund if you cancel or change a booking time within 24 hours of the reservation.

You can cancel or reschedule your reservation 24 hours or more in advance by replying to your original confirmation email and letting us know, or go to our Booking form and selecting 'Alter Reservation' next to your reservation.
